Every month Brickcentral feature a different LEGO Photographer from the community, show some off their photos and ask them to talk about their process a little. Well, this month that photographer is me! Thanks so much to the BC team for reaching out to me!

You can find details of the new photo I took for this on the BC posts but I thought I would also include a bonus pic here. This pic of the woman hiding in a barrel from some knights was a secondary shot I took after the main one I submitted for the spotlight.
This was further removed from my original idea (which stemmed from the two mean looking knights) but was more in keeping with my usual style. The mean knights are out of focus and most of my set up has gone, but the barrel element (which I am super happy to have learned about recently) is front and centre!
I also used a disjointed minifigure here, something I’m not typically a fan of, so I broke one of my own rules for this shot.
I was honoured to be asked to do this for BC and it was interesting to take a step back and think about my process. Hope everyone found it at least a little interesting.
